In response to your July 30, 2010 letter, 1 have researched each of the problems you identified. I believe that I have the information necessary to answer your questions. ]n part VII, line 4, line 6, 1 listed "I shares Ibo~ lnvestop" ~thout information about the 2009 purchase. ! should have shown "Buy 516/09" and "J" for value. Apparent discrepancies between 2008 and 2009 report: In part VII, page 4, line 5, of the 2008 report., I showed Smith Barney Cash Funds (Citibank). This is the same fund I reported in the 2009 report under i~s new name: "Citibank NA South Dakota Bank Deposit I~rogram. In part VII, page 4, line 8, of the 2008 report, I listed "I shares MSCI; E~E" with no value as on the end of the year. The four partial sales shm~ disposed of the entirety of the asset. Is there some other way I should have indicated that the asset had been sold in full? In part Vll, page 5, line 27, of the 2008 report, 1 showed "lsharcs Trust Lehman." Its new name is "l shares Barclays US Agg Bond," ~vhich was reported in nay 2009 return at part VII, page 4, line 5.
