Conceptual understanding of the programme at different levels in your organization, staff, member organisation and community members. Organization follows all information system as per requirement of the project, develop MIS/MIR format to collect all information from the field and documented all relevant information and review on the basis of MPR. Internal core team visits project area and interact with local people/target group for monitoring and evaluate the program/projects, and try to find out the gaps.

Participation process of the staff and members in the decision making processes of programmes Secretary is reauthorized to take decisions related to programs on day-to-day basis. District coordinator /Project coordinator/Project managers are also involved in problem solving, planning and decision-making. All major program/policy, decision initially discuss with project staff then its put-up on governing body meeting and after approval it implement in the organization

How far are the members able to plan, manage and evaluate their initiatives? Who are the main stake holders of the programme? Secretary control the organization but board, staff, donor, clients also play important role in decision-making processes of the organization. Before taking any important decision secretary must discuss with board, staff, and donor. Board members regularly interact with managers/staff of the organization.

Organizations gender perspective of its staff and members The organization follows the gender polices which is mention in organizational by and laws.the organization encourages women participation in project lavel as well as governing body.

Training methodology and modules used in and their impact.

The organization have own team for training program in different issues. It follows the rules of modern techniques and tricks of training methods and develop modules for related training programs and also asses the quality training by pre test and post test competition. Reflect and Comment on the sustainability of the programme activities.

The organization belief in implementing the program community base because community is the last platform for sustainability of the program. Internal controlling/monitoring system in place. The president and secretary closely monitor the program as well as system and voluble inputs provide to the program leaders. Program leader are accountable for progress of the program and control over related staff and activity.

Financial framework with the organizations type, quality and quantity of work.

There is Joint accounting system run by secretary and Derector. Accounts are being maintained on manual & Tally follow double entry system of accounting we have cash book, ledger, stock register, journal etc. All the payment made by account Payee cheques, For every purchasing more then Rs 5000/ , organization invites quotations. The yearly audit statements are being prepared. The Internal audit done by Charted accountant. 5

The auditors of M/s SAP Associates, Charted Accountant Kanpur . Organization manage inadequate funds situation by the donation, contribution and loan.

Type of books of accounts maintained at present. Also project wise cash book , Ledger etc are being maintained. System of Budgetary controls, cash flow, program/ personal advances, etc.

Human resource management including staff welfare schemes. All the staff associated by organization governs by organizational rule and regulation, in project level DC/PC/PM are responsible to manage the project staff above all PD/secretary is main administrator. On staff selection organization must focus on his/her knowledge level on subject matter, communication and practical skills and having 2 years experience in same field. Field level staff must have graduation in any subject and belongs to rural community and ability to motivate the community. Administrative staff must have good qualification communication and leadership skill. There is no as such reward and promotion policy made by the organization but gives Priority and opportunity to the staff who perform well. For recruitment of project staff organization follows all procedure Advertisement of vacancies/Information pest on important places. Short listing of Candidates Interviews and written test Selection by the committee Appointments and Contract Organization follows salary structure as per the contract with funding agencies Organization does not contribution to the Provident Fund. Only 2 percent staff turnover the last two years.
