In order to complete your application, please print this email and bring it to the British Council centre below with the documents and payment according to the instructions. You do not need to print the application form you completed online; it is automatically saved on the system. If you wish to complete your application by courier, please send a copy of the email to the British Council centre below with the required documents and payment.The British Council must receive payment for your test and documents within five working days from today. If you do not include the correct supporting documents and payment, your application may be rejected. 2 Photographs Please include two colour passport-sized photographs with your application. The photographs must be in colour be identical be no more than 6 months old be taken against a plain background so that features are clearly distinguishable be undamaged be in sharp focus and clear be print quality of professional standard be a close-up of the head and shoulders show the candidate looking straight at the camera show the candidate with a neutral expression show the candidate with the mouth closed show the candidate with eyes open and clearly visible show the candidate without glasses not show any shadows not show anything covering the face, the outlines of the eyes, nose or mouth Please write your full name on the reverse of each photograph and sign it. Your application will be rejected if any photographs you submit do not meet IELTS requirements 3 Identity documents Saudi nationals must include a clear copy of their national ID or valid passport with their IELTS application. Non-Saudi nationals must include a clear copy of their valid passport and Iqama. No other forms of ID will be accepted (e.g. family ID). The ID must be valid for at least one month from the date of the test.
