For this project we work and customized purchase ,sale & account, modules. We also create some screen for doctor information,insurance company, insurance policy, medicine information and approx we create 15 different reports for summit. This module is used whenever a purchase department of the organization is requesting for any product to purchase which include a purchase user of the purchase department raise a products of purchase indent & waits for managers approval. Once the purchase manager approves the purchase indent it is converted into Purchase Order. Here Purchase Manager can approve or can cancel the purchase indent. Only Approved Purchase Indents with products are available for making Purchase Order & also tracking the dates of approval.

Receving that Sales Enquiry, Techtalk checks for availability of those products & its price. If its available techtalk will give Sales Offer to the client. If not available Techtalk will raise a Request for Quotation from its various Suppliers. On receiving Supplier Quotations which include the products & their prices, Techtalk will provide Sales Offer to its Client. Then after Customer LOI, Supplier LOI, Proforma Invoice from Supplier, Proforma Invoice to Customer, Customer Purchase Order, Purchase Order to Supplier, Payment Receipts, Supplier Packing, Supplier Invoice, Goods Receipt Notes, Delivery Order, Delivery Note, Packing List to Customer,Commercialinvoice,etc.,
