Case 1: The evaluation license has expired

KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU WILL NEED ACCESS TO INTERNET IN ORDER TO INSTALL A COMMERCIAL LICENSE. After the commercial license is installed you will not need access to internet to use Justinmind Prototyper. 1. If your Justinmind Prototyper's evaluation license has expired you will see the following screen when you start Justinmind Prototyper:

2. Select I have a valid license file and press Next >

3. Enter the location of your license file (sent by email by Justinmind when you purchased Justinmind Prototyper) and click finish. 4. If the license file is correct the application will ask you to activate it. This step is mandatory and requires an Internet connection. Select Activate online and press Next >

5. Optional. If you use a proxy to connect to internet enter the information in the next screen and press Finish.

6. The application will contact Justinmind Activation Server and, in a few seconds, Justinmind Prototyper will start.

7. To check that your commercial license is correctly installed you can go to the Help menu and click on About Justinmind Prototyper. If you can see the text License Details: Commercial then your license is correctly installed.

Case 2: The evaluation license has not expired yet

The following steps show how to change an evaluation license to a commercial one when the evaluation period has not ended yet. KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU WILL NEED ACCESS TO INTERNET IN ORDER TO INSTALL A COMMERCIAL LICENSE IN JUSTINMIND PROTOTYPER. After the commercial license is installed you will not need access to internet in order to use Justinmind Prototyper. 1. Open Justinmind Prototyper and select About Justinmind Prototyper in the Help menu.

2. The About dialog will open. In this dialog you can see Justinmind Prototyper's version number and the type of the installed license (in this case an Evaluation one).

3. Press the button Change License. The licensing assistant will pop up the following screen:

5. Enter the location of your license file (sent by email by Justinmind when you purchased Justinmind Prototyper) and click next.

6. If the license file is correct the application will need to be restarted. Click ok when the following message box pops up.

7. Justinmind Prototyper will restart and, if you have an Internet connection, it will activate automatically your commercial license.

Moving the license to another computer

To deactivate the license in a computer follow these steps: 1. Open Justinmind Prototyper 2. Go to About Justinmind Prototyper in the Help menu. 3. Click on Deactivate license. The deactivation wizard should pop up. 4. In the deactivation wizard mark I want to deactivate license and click next. 5. Select Online This is very important: If you choose offline you wont be able to activate your license again without contacting us. 6. Click finish. On the computer where you want to use Justinmind Prototyper: 1. Open Justinmind Prototyper 2. If the license is not activated automatically a window will ask you to do so. 3. Select Activate online and click finish.
