*4.

Have you ever heard that the Holy Bible reads, "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." And "For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." And "Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved?" Yes No

*5.

Did you know that you are a "whosoever"? Yes No

*6.

Here's a quick prayer for you: "Lord, bless the person reading this with a long and healthy life. Jesus, do a quick work in their heart and make Yourself very real to them. If they have never called upon Your name, I pray that they will do so right now." If you would like to receive the gift that God has for you today, say this out loud and mean it in your heart: "Dear Lord Jesus, come into my heart. Forgive me of my sin. Set me free. Jesus, thank You that You died for me. I believe that God raised You from the dead. Fill me with the Holy Spirit, the peace of God, and the joy of the Lord. Give me a

passion to reach the lost, a hunger for the things of God, and a holy boldness to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I'm saved. I'm forgiven and I'm on my way to Heaven because I have You in my heart. Thank You Jesus!" When you asked Jesus to come into your heart and to forgive you, He heard you and did exactly that! All of your sins are forgiven. Always remember to run TO God and not FROM God because He love you and has a great plan for your life! Did you say the above prayer? Yes No

adventurer? Find out! 1. What is your age? Under 18 Years Old 18 to 24 Years Old 25 to 30 Years Old 31 to 40 Years Old 41 to 50 Years Old 51 to 60 Years Old Over 60 Years Old 2. What is your gender? Male Female 3. Which of the following comes closest to describing your beliefs about the Bible? The Bible is the word of God and literally true. Like other ancient writings such as Homer, Confucius, and the Koran, the Bible gives us a glimpse at the thinking of ancient civilizations, but I have doubts that it is the word of God. I am quite certain that the Bible is nothing more than the writings of ancient people. There is no way that it can seriously be considered the word of God. 4. Other than weddings and similar social events, how many times in the last year have you attended religious services? 3 or fewer times. 4 to 9 times. 10 or more times. 5. Which comes closest to your beliefs about God? I believe with a high degree of certainty that God exists and wants us to worship Him. I have a strong tendency to believe that God exists and the God expects humans to behave ethically, but I also have strong doubts about whether God expects us to worship him or even

believe in him. I do not believe in personal divinities of any kind. 6. Which comes closest to your views with respect to organized religion? I think organized religions are very important and that the world would be filled with immorality without them. I believe organized religions do some good but also cause much needless division in the world. Organized religions are leftover evidence of the human tribal instinct. Nowadays they do much more harm than good. 7. Which comes closest to your beliefs about religious faith? Faith is very important. Without it we could have no hope. Faith is a lot like optimism. Sometimes it's just good to believe that things happen for a reason. Faith is defined as a belief in something even though there is no evidence to support it. As such, I have no use for religious faith. 8. Which comes closest to your views on evolution? Evolution is compelling evidence that humans evolved naturally, without the intervention of a supernatural force. Evolution is a false theory that undermines important religious beliefs. Evolution is basically a true theory and it discredits much of traditional religious doctrine. Nevertheless, it seems possible to me that some divinity may have set up the laws that led to the evolution of humans and other life. 9. Which comes closest to your beliefs about prayer? I don't believe in supernatural phenomenon, so I don't believe that prayer is a means of connecting with a divintiy. I believe prayer connects us to God and is essential to finding spiritual peace and salvation. Sometimes I find that prayer, like meditation, helps me relax and focus, but I have no idea whether it is a connection with God or just a psychological phenomenon. 10. In searching for truth and finding meaning in your life, do you: Approach the world from a natural standpoint, applying reason and personal experience to assess things. Find truth and meaning mainly through religious and supernatural beliefs. Usually A., but once in awhile B. 11. In searching for truth and finding meaning in your life, do you: Approach the world from a natural standpoint, applying reason and personal experience to

assess things. Find truth and meaning mainly through religious and supernatural beliefs. Usually A., but once in awhile B. 12. Do you believe that most television evangelists are: Sincere preachers who are saving souls. Insincere con artists who take advantage of vulnerable people. Not sure. 13. Which comes closest to your beliefs about morality and ethics? I tend to associate religion with morality, but I don't believe that one has to have strong religious faith to be a good person. Without traditional religion and a strong belief in God, one cannot live an ethical life. Religiosity is no indicator of one's ethical or moral character. 14. Which comes closest to your beliefs about an afterlife? I believe that after we die we will be judged by God. I sometimes find myself hoping that there is life after death, but I really don't know and I don't structure my life around trying to gain salvation in an afterlife. I do not believe in life after death. 15. Which comes closest to your beliefs about Jesus? I believe in the divinity of Jesus and that salvation cannot be obtained without faith in Him. Jesus was an important historical figure who taught important moral lessons. Since Jesus left no writings and we have nothing but unreliable second-hand and third-hand evidence of what he might have said, I doubt that Jesus was anything more than an ancient an about whom we know very little. 16. If you currently identify yourself as a Christian of any type (Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, etc.) is it because: Even though I don't believe many doctrines of the church, Christianity is the religious identity of my family and I never considered identifying any other way. I sincerely believe most of the doctrines of my church. I don't identify as a Christian.
