The activities below are designed to help you in: improving your emotional intelligence. There are different ways how you can develop yourself, choose the options which are the most suitable for you: challenge and develop yourself by individual ways, involving others or plan how to do it in the future! As you progress in AIESEC and outside of it, you would always seek for opportunities how you can challenge yourself and grow more! Live with these suggestions and track your development by filling CAT next time too! Find the activities that seem most relevant to you, you can turn to your mentor, leader or VP TM to ask for further help and information!
