Project management is defined as the planning, monitoring and control of all aspects of a project and the motivation of all those involved in it to achieve project objectives on time, and to the specified cost, quality and performance Project Management is required for:

Batter control Batter customer relations Shorter development times Lower Costs Higher quality and reliability Higher profit margins Sharper orientation toward results Better interdepartmental coordination Higher worker morale

2.1.1 Project Development Approach

It means keeping project management simple and not getting bogged down in large unwieldy processes. It doesn't mean cutting corners. Good project management practice is still important, it's just about keeping it lean and mean. This with getting the basics right will help you deliver a successful project. Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. It is sometimes conflated with program management, however technically that is actually a higher level construction a group of related and somehow interdependent project. Following these basic principles:

Keep it simple Identify the audience. Who benefits? Deliver the plan. Follow the idea through to use.

2.2.1 Roles and Responsibility


In project management approach, system is divided in different phases. Accordingly those phase all roles and responsibilities are allocated. System analyst divides those roles and responsibilities among other person like system designer, system developer etc. For doing this work system analysts have enough idea about the knowledge of each person who is responsible for particular job. These all information is gathered in advance so this task is performed well and right selection is made. In this website, I was selected for developing some portion of this website. From which I got knowledge about actual development work & how the organizations employees works with each other. During my internship, work with development team I got knowledge about Asp.net, Microsoft visual studio 2008. Microsoft SQL Server 2005.I am happy that I have been done my job well with help my project guides.
