BOARDS: Calhoun Area Residents Action Group (CARAG) the neighborhood organization representing the area of Minneapolis bounded by Lake St. and W. 36th St to the north and south, and Hennepin Ave and Lyndale Ave to the west and east is looking for new board members. The nine-member volunteer Board of Directors will be elected by the CARAG membership on September 21 at the CARAG Neighborhood Annual Meeting. The Board is responsible for managing the organization and conducting the business of the neighborhood. Board members must live or own a business or property in CARAG. Renters are especially encouraged to volunteer on the Board.
