Professional Summary I am currently a Senior Consultant in the Learning and Organisational Development Practice of Phillips Consulting Limited (PCL). I am primarily responsible for Learning Design, Implementation and Evaluation of client training and development needs. This role requires me to design appropriate capability development interventions and thereafter measure impact of the learning experience. I have also on some occasion served as project lead on matters relating to the design and development of Talent/Workforce development strategy and metrics.

Consequently, I consider myself a developing Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the areas of Leadership Capability Development and HR Intelligence and Analytics. Specifically, I have acquired valuable experience in the areas of designing and implementing Assessment and Development Centers, Formulating Workforce strategies and developing metrics and analytics reports for strategic talent management decisions.

As a trainer and facilitator, I have led and developed the leadership development offering of the firm in the last two years and have successfully implemented numerous leadership programmes across several functional areas in key client organisations. Additionally, I am a team lead in the area of improving the strategic value of the HR function by designing and implementing performance management scorecards and metrics for the Human Resource functions using the Balanced Scorecard and HC BRidge strategy analysis framework.

Prior to rejoining PCL, I have had the opportunity to lead the Human Resource function in three companies; these include, Legacy Realities, XL Management Services and Fate Foundation. In these roles, I have designed and implemented several organisational development projects such as Performance Management systems, Succession planning programmes, learning strategy development and Knowledge management.

I have over 11 years work experience, which cuts across Services and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organisations, and hold both a Bachelors

and a Masters Degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics. I am currently pursuing a distant learning post graduate programme in applied psychology as well a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification from the American Society for Training and Development. My career ambition is to become a leading expert in the area of organisational learning and talent development.

I believe that I am able to bring to the table a range of business skills and professional competencies, typical of high flyers in high performing businesses. Specifically, I believe that I possess good communication, business writing, presentation and influencing skills which are required for creating, selling and delivering ideas in the workplace. My strong analytical, business diagnosis, problem solving and project execution skills constitute the key elements of my strong work ethics. Overall, my unique ability to take on new things and deliver outstanding results remains a key value proposition.
