CONCEPT
Brief Design a print-based promotional campaign to promote Fedrigonis Imaginative colours paper selection tool. and processes that make paper the beautiful, versatile medium it is. Fedrigoni has been refining the art and science of making fine-quality special papers, producing striking surfaces, tactile textures and vivid colours - paper that can be pressed, bent, cut and folded into almost any form you can imagine. Fedrigoni papers are ultra functional and, at the same time, wonderfully expressive. They can shock and surprise, or soothe and reassure. They can demand your attention or retire gracefully into the background. Target Audience Graphic desingers catering for high end fashion and publishing clients.

Solution Create a range of paper driven custom typography to exist in a promotional calendar and publication as part of a mail out pack. The pack also includes an invitation and tickets to an event at the Fedrigoni show room and a certificate to be awarded on competion of the visit. The designs are heavilly process and print driven and aim to inspire creatives and explore the posibilities available with Fedrigoni paper.

CUSTOM TYPE
Laser/hand cut card custom typography. The artwork acts as an inspirational tool to encourage designers to explore the posibilities that paper provide as well as inspire them to use Fedrigoni papers. Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter are the words that I chose to work with because the four Fedrigoni colour palettes for the tool suit these seasons and work well in terms of colour selection. I created a colour palette for each piece of type using a selection of the colours from each of the Imaginative colours paper tools. Colour palette Spring Summer Autumn Winter

We decided to print the supporting deliverables; invitation, tickets and certificate on monochromatic colours - grey, white and black, so that the full colour content of the publication stands out. All these deliverables are foil blocked to give them a finish that implies luxury high end print.
