Sr. Executive Corporate Sales

Duties and Responsibilities

Will be responsible for sales and acquisitions to new & existing clients and also acquire new clients in the assigned territory. Target and develop new business opportunities by selling net based recruitment solutions and generating business from existing clients. Interacting with potential clients to provide end to end Recruitment Solutions Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking. To maximize profitable volume growth, market share and client preference in the assigned market Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. Manage complex sales situations & acquire new clients based on value based selling. Sending Daily/Monthly business & Collection Report to Branch Office

Skill Sets required

PGDM / MBA (Marketing) from reputed B-School Willingness to learn and excel. Excellent communication skills, and enterprising Prior experience in Corporate Sales will be an added advantage Should be a team player. Open to traveling within region.

Annual Variable Pay: For the financial year 2011-12, the indicative range of variable pay at your work level MT for Outstanding performance is Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/ For performance varying from Average to Very Good the payout will be below the above mentioned range. No variable pay will be paid out for Below Average performance. Please note that this is not a guaranteed component of your compensation and the actual Payout shall be calculated based on parameters as fixed for measuring performance and individual, Department and Company performance. The incentive plan may be revised from time to time. *Medical/LTA (claimed as per Income Tax rules) would be non taxable. In case an associate does not want to utilise these allowances, they can advise HR at the beginning of the year to pay pro rata amounts with the monthly payroll after deducting appropriate taxes. *ESI/Income tax/ local tax will be deducted as per the prevailing rules. Mobile & Conveyance Reimbursements: These benefits will be totally based as per Work Level entitlement and as per actual expenses incurred.
