Hold first dialogues meetings with the communities( Female only) Introduce the program concept and develop a vision of the project in the organized communities Maintain and up-date record of the project activities with the help of relevant documents on daily basis and share it with Team Leader Prepare and submit regular reports on Social Mobilization/Organization Assist the target community through participatory methods to elect its members through democratic process; Develop trust, tolerance and co-operation among community members; Mobilize, motivate and encourage potential community members to talk to their fellow community members about project activities, food distribution, its mechanism Assist Female community members to identify their needs and to generate solutions, identifying priority issues and to analyze their problems To let the community know on objectives of the project, WFPS role, IPs role and share any other relevant information with village committees

Making contract with and organizing village communities in the most appropriate forms of organization (in the given situational context) Keep close liaison with any other stake holders within their capacity at the field level Link up the communities with the line agencies and other organization in the area.
