that Abacus Recruitment is entitled to refer my application to any company that you deem suitable, except for the

This is a mandate to Abacus Recruitment to obtain employment on my behalf and can only be cancelled in writing by either
party prior to Abacus Recruitment obtaining employment for me. Employment will include but not be limited to temporary,
permanent or employment on a contractual basis.

3.

I understand that my application will be kept in strictest confidence and will also keep the information provided by Abacus
as confidential (such as company names, position and salary details). Whereas every effort will be made to protect the
confidentiality furnished by myself to Abacus Recruitment, it is hereby agreed that Abacus Recruitment will not be liable for
any losses suffered by me arising from any person making use of such information.

Whilst every effort has been made by Abacus Recruitment to obtain suitable employment for me, Abacus Recruitment
cannot give any warranties in this regard and Abacus Recruitment cannot be held responsible for any damages, of
whatsoever nature that I may suffer therefore and Abacus Recruitment is hereby indemnified in this regard.

I hereby certify that the above information as well as all information provided (included information on my CV) to Abacus
Recruitment is to the best of my knowledge true and correct.

I have no objections to references being obtained from previous employers and/or co-workers (where indicated) being
released to any party as Abacus Recruitment deems fit. I will be held liable for any damage incurred by false information
provided by myself to Abacus Recruitment.

7.

I acknowledge that as soon as I accepted an offer of employment from any new employer through the efforts of Abacus
Recruitment commission is payable by the employer to Abacus Recruitment, resulting from such placement, at the standard
rate of commission or placement fee as determined by Abacus Recruitment from time to time, as they are the effective
cause of such placement.

8.

If Ive accepted any offer of employment from any new employer and then fail to take employment up with the new
employer, for whatever reason, then I will personally become liable for a predetermined amount of damages due and
payable by me to Abacus Recruitment, which damages fee will then immediately become due and payable. The agreed

I confirm that the damages and amount of damages were explained to me and I agree that the claim for damages and
amount as claimed is fair and reasonable.

9.

The invoice for commission, delivered by Abacus to the new employer, will be sufficient proof of the amount due and
payable for commission or placement fee.

10. If I take up employment with the new employer, but resign within 90 days from date of commencement and take up
employment with my old employer or any new employer, I will also become personally liable for the predetermined
damages as set out in paragraph 8, and this amount will immediately become due and payable to Abacus Recruitment.
11. The above applies to all commission or placement fees for employment including but not limited to permanent, temporary
or employment on a contractual basis.
12. In case of employment on a contractual basis I am aware that this will be administrated by Highveld PFS and the cost
thereof for my account.
