UI specialist
For a Software Development center of a large international company required a User Experience (UI) expert for a full time position. Job Description Design UIs based on product requirements, human-factors principles, platform style guides and industry experience in the form of wireframe, high fidelity prototypes and formal UI specifications. Produce detailed UI specifications, and UI Guidelines to guide development efforts on new features/products. Produce Screen layouts. Support in creating prototypes (hi and low fidelity). Ability to gather UI requirements, and feedback via standard mechanisms, such as: UI reviews, Usability tests, and UI walkthroughs. Job Requirements: B.S./M.S. in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Information Design, Architecture, Industrial / Product Design, Interaction Design, Interactive or Multimedia Design, or related field. Three or more years experience in UI design in a high tech company.(preferably with Mobile devices) Strong Experience in translating user data and human-factors principles into UI designs via prototypes, and detailed UI reviews/specifications. Experience in Photoshop, Visio, and Office tools. Very strong Orientation to details. Experience with modern UI technologies (Ajax, MS WPF) an advantage Experience with Mobile UI, an advantage. Must be a solid team player with good writing, presentation skills, ready to work in a global company with distributed work environment. Excellent communication skills very good English (verbal and written ability) required.
