Write a letter to a job applicant, Mr. Joseph Ramayanan, telling him that he has not been successful in his application to become a sales manager. Mr. Joseph already works for your company as a sales executive in the sales department and he felt sure that he would be offered the job. Give reasons for his unsuccessful application.
