ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Assalamualaikum and sejahtera, This assignment is about how to make a dragon roll sushi.sushi is a traditional food and famous food in japan. This assignment is about where to make a dragon roll sushi. This task is complementary to one of the subject TUK2122 Bahasa Inggeris communicative2 Alhamdulillah, I would like to humbly express gratitude to the divine because of his consent to enable me to complete this last task successfully. This is the third task of the subject, entitled comunication English 2 Processes & Procedures. In this chapter we assigned a presentation on the goods that we do. I want to say thank you to En ismail as our teacher in the subject of Comunication English 2 because En,ismail much to help me in this subject. I have notforgotten the good gentlemen at me, En ismail words so improve my spirit to go even higher. so i hope En ismail smile always, and i do not forget also to my friends a lot to help me achieve this task successfully. Then do not forget also to my family for their encouragement of financial resources, without which this work would not be complete.

PROCESS AND PROCEDURES HOW TO MAKE DRAGON SUSHI

Making the dragon roll First thing that we have to do in order to make a delicious dragon roll sushi are preparing all the ingredients needed for the recipes ingredients: I. II. III. IV. V. VI. VII. VIII. 2 cups sushi rice. 2-3 nori sheets 10 medium size shrimps (sushi grade). 1/2 cup Tempura 1 Avocado 1 Cucumber (long and even) 50gr Tobiko (flying fish roe) 50gr BBQed eel (sushi grade).

INTRODUCTION TO SUSHI

The traditional way to eat a dragon roll is with unagi, also called eel sauce. The unagi is usually drizzled on top of the dragon roll so there is as much as you need with each bite. Dragon rolls can also be eaten with traditional wasabi-soy sauce-ginger mixture common to most types of sushi. Sushi is a Japanese dish consisting of vinegar rice combined with other ingredients such as raw fish, raw or cooked shellfish, or vegetables. Sushi is sometimes confused with sashimi, which is the seafood sometimes served with sushi. In Japan, conveyor belt sushi restaurants are a popular way to eat sushi. There are several steps that we have to follow in doing the decorative frame such as; STEP 1: Firstly,. preparing all the ingredients needed for the recipes. STEP 2: Secondly, : mix a tempura. STEP 3: Secondly, Thinly slice half a peeled avocado, and Place on top of the roll, and place a plastic wrap on top. STEP 4: Afterwar, 4:Use a fine sushi mat and squeeze very gently so the avocado merges with the sushi rice STEP 5: Subsequently, Cut into individual pieces and dress witheel sauce STEP 6: Then, 6:design a dragon roll sushi
