Som e mentally challenged people brought Tagore's imaginative world in front of us w ith their play - Robi's Garden. The Association for Mentally Challenged (AMC) organise a fine drama paying its t ribute to the great poet, lyricist, artist. Robi's Garden is an original script developed withing Bangalore Little Theatre to celebrate Tagore's work for and wi th children in the year of his 150th anniversary. The play brought into our notice the fun-loving side in Tagore alias RFobi Da. R obi's Garden is a collage drawn from a wide range of Tagore's writing. These inc lude - verse, short stories, plays, sketches (Tagore's riddle plays), fantasies, autobiographical writing and the letter to his grand daughter and other childre n. Tagore's scholars in India and abroad have praised the script highly. AMC has conducted several shows and the last two shows will be held at MLR Conve ntion, Brigade Millanior in JP Nagar on Sunday, Sep 18. The shows will be at 3:3 0 PM and the other one at 7:00 pm.
