Security Deposit of Rs.20,000/- for new admission in favour of Bunts Sangha Mumbai, A/c. Powai Education Project through local Cheque/Pay Order/DD. Fees should be directly paid into Cosmos Bank A/c.No.SB/919050103377. If fee payment is through cheque, it should be drawn in favour of Bunts Sanghas S. M. Shetty International School - in white paying Slip Book. Fees should be paid on or before the last date indicated above between 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. on bank working days. There will be a late fee if the fees are not paid on or before the last due date. The details about late fee are given below. There will be no late fee if the fees are paid on or before the last date of month in which fees are due to be paid. A late fee of Rs100/- per week will be charged thereafter for first four weeks. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR CONFIRMED ADMISSION: At School Office : 1. 2. Original Birth Certificate of the Student. (Only the Birth Certificate obtained from the Municipal Corporation or competent authorities is valid and the Birth Certificate issued by Nursing Home/Hospitals will not be valid). If the student belongs to SC /ST /OBC caste, attested copy of the caste certificate in the name of student. INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING PAYMENT OF FEES : 1. 2. 3. School fees will be accepted only through local cheques/pay order/DD in the School premises at the Extension Counter of Cosmos Bank at 9.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m In case fees paid through cheque is returned/bounced, parent has to pay penalty of Rs.200/- per transaction in cash to the school. Please fill in all the details of students Name, Std. & Div. in the space provided in all three counterfoils of pay in slip to enable the School to maintain proper records in the computerized system as this system is updated from the pay in slip received from the bank.
