BACKGROUND OF STUDY

Bahria University requires its student of business administration to undergo six to eight-weeks internship program or job. Selection of organization depends upon the

interest of the student as well as the field of specialization. This six week practical experience is then documented in the written form known as Job Report which is based on theoretical and practical learning of the employee. To-Day professional fields are becoming more and more challenging. To survive and get success in any field, you should have the deep knowledge and appropriate skills of the concern field. In fact this is very true about the field of management studies. Knowledge and skills of a person can be polished, if he goes through some practical experiences. Job provides an excellent opportunity to students of professional field especially management studies, to polish their skills and concrete their theoretical knowledge. Student gets the opportunity to match their knowledge with the actual happening of the fields. This program is the exposure for the students to the real working condition, and the chance to learn the practical work and know about the culture, working conditions, processes, and procedures of an organization to fulfill the demand of a job. All these things are very important for the student to pursue a good career. PURPOSE OF THE STUDY The purpose of the report is to study the management practices, processes and procedures followed by LAUNCHPAD Interactive Islamabad. The study is intended to analyze LAUNCHPAD in terms of its strength and weaknesses. The report also discusses the financial position of the company SCOPE OF THE STUDY The reader can have a brief introduction to the Launchpad interactive form this report. It encompasses the various departments of Launchpad interactive, their processes and procedures. It also encompasses the SWOT analysis of the company, and recommendations. METHODOLOGY OF RESEARCH

The method for data collection is central theme of the study. No study is completed without using the scientific and systematic ways to get latest knowledge about the study. So the methodology for data collection is based on the traditional categories i.e. 1. Primary Data Collection 2. Secondary Data Collection PRIMARY DATA COLLECTION In primary data collection I used the techniques of: 1) Personal observation. 2) Briefing and discussion during the Job with MD and colleagues departments. 3) Unstructured interview technique is also used when I faced any problem during work. SECONDARY DATA COLLECTION In secondary data collection method I get information from:

1) Company website. 2) Brochures for information to customers. 3) Inter organization material

STRUCTURE OF ORGANIZATION DEPARTMENTS There are no departments in the organization because it is has been only one year of its formation. All the hiring, financial, administration was controlled by the MD and CEO.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS The companies invest low and earn high When I was there it show tremendous improvements in financial terms It changes with time to time.

OPERATIONAL ANALYSIS They dont need and special machinery for this, just a personal computer is enough to do a job done. ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS: I didnt see anything related to environment by the firm. ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT

COMPETITORS ANALYSIS In Pakistan they have very less competitors, but these competitors are not a register firms, yes but internationally they have many competitors, but launchpad they only deal with the Pakistani firms. Market Share Launchpad is not register at stock exchange.

As I told you previously that they dont have any type of HR department. All the HR functions are done by CEO and MD.

CONCLUSION:

As more and more communication is routed through the internet, it is business critical to ensure a positive footprint on the worldwide web. There are at present an estimated 20 million internet users in Pakistan and the number continues to grow exponentially. All major businesses and institutions now have web presence and many have

LIMITATIONS The office is situated in a very small area which does not give a Professional look. The only work through the internet if internet goes all work will be stop. Current electricity conditions leads to be a strong barrier in the success of Launchpad.

RECOMMANDATIONS Marketing The marketing of the firm should be proper so everybody must know about the firm. There packages must be design accordingly. Technology improvements Computer systems must be available for all the people.

Generator facility must available. Proper guidance of softwares
