STUDENT REGISTRATION IN MOD Upon registration every student will be allotted a unique Registration number, which is a combination of programme code (course and a unique serial number (control no.). For eg: 420920010 can be decoded as

In case of withdrawal of programme by AIMA-CME, or rejection of registration form (on account of

eligibility criterion as per admission policy for the session) full fee will be refunded to the candidate within one month from the date of receipt of registration form (OMR admission form) in AIMA-CM B. Partial refund :

If an application for cancellation of admission is received in AIMA-CME before the dispatch of stud CME, the processing charges (Rs 500 only) will be deducted from the fee. Balance fee will be refund his/her mailing address within one month from the date of receipt of his/her application in AIMA-CM

If an application for cancellation of admission is received in AIMA-CME after the dispatch of study CME, the processing charges and cost of study material (Rs 4000 only) will be deducted from the fee refunded to the candidate at his/her mailing address within one month from the date of receipt of his/ C. FOR PGDITM STUDENTS (Old PGDITM programme Course Code 29 / 44)

Student will pay additional fee of Rs. 19000/- for the second specialization. A student should clear all the papers up to Module-4 to be eligible to apply for second specialization. Students from old PGDITM programme shall be eligible for the specializations available in the old programme structure any further revision.

FOR PGDITM STUDENTS (New PGDITM programme Course Code 05) a. b.

Student will pay additional fee of Rs. 30000/- for the second specialization. A student should clear all the papers up to Module-3 with minimum MGPA of 2.67 and should have progressed to Modu specialization.

Project Work in case of seco A student shall submit only one project in any one of the specializations opted. The specialization in which the project will be Specialization and the other as Minor.

SCHOLARSHIP AIMA awards 30 scholarships every year to the students enrolled in the first module of PGDM and PGDITM programmes of A January intake and 15 scholarships for July intake of each year. These scholarships are to support the economically weaker section & PGDITM programmes. The eligibility and other terms and conditions are given below :
