In effect to the registration of the Dhoni at the resort, an inventory of all the equipments and items in the Dhoni should be given to the Resort. Additional items acquired to the Dhoni should be documented at the Resort. In case of dismissal or withdrawal of the Dhoni from the Resort, only those items documented in the inventory of the Dhoni could be taken away from the Resort. 2. The Dhoni and its crew should be in a hygienically acceptable standard. In case of unsatisfaction or inconvenience risen to guests by unhygienic condition of the Dhoni or by the actions of the crew, immediate disciplinary action would be taken. 3. All tours and trips arranged by the resort should be made on the specified times, without excuses. Dhoni rent and the salary of the crew for the day could be deducted in case of opposition to a trip or tour arranged by the resort. 4. The Dhoni without prior permission of the Resort should make no trips or tours. The Dhoni owner shall be held responsible for the consequence of such trips and tours. In case of such a trip all the due payments to the Dhoni shall be withheld and the cost of fuel shall be deducted from the salary of the crew. 5. The Dhoni, crew and its equipment are a responsibility of the captain. Repairs required to the Engine or Dhoni due to inevitable causes should be made as soon as possible by the Dhoni owner with the content of Resort. 6. Ruffiyaa .. as a rent for the Dhoni, Salary for the crew and Fuel for the Engine shall be supplied by the Resort on a particular basis. Service charge shall be given to Dhoni crew on terms specified by the Resort but the crew must participate in work of the Resort other than of the Dhoni. 7. All safety equipment required for the safety certificate including communication set, compass, spanner set for the engine and binoculars should be available on Dhoni. A bilging system, which is simple to an acceptable standard, poles, anchor, ropes and all such items, should be completely available on Dhoni. All responsibilities for incidents and accidents occurred due to lack of such items shall be born by the Dhoni Owner. 8. In completion of two months after registration the Dhoni at the Resort, a pay leave of seven days would be given for dry-docking. The dates for docking shall be finalized by the Resort in consideration to the workload. 9. If the owner wishes to withdraw the Dhoni form the contract of the Resort, a fifteen days notice should be given to the Resort. In case of withdrawal without the above stated notice and approval form the resort, all the due payments to the Dhoni shall be withheld. 10. For any reason if the resort wishes to dismiss the Dhoni form its service, a fifteen days notice should be given to the Dhoni owner. In case of dismissal without such notice, the Resort shall pay the rent for the month, to the Dhoni owner. 11. If the Resort does not get the services of the Dhoni for reasons of Engine break down, Dhoni or injury or illness to the crew, rent shall not be paid to the Dhoni for days exceeding days seven. The Resort keeps the option of dismissing the

Dhoni without any notice, if the Dhoni is out of service of the Resort for days fifteen. 12. It is the responsibility of the Dhoni owner to recruit 03 crew who are physically fit, sea worthy, disciplined and hardworking. It is compulsory to have a standard captain among the crew. The Dhoni crew cannot be changed without prior consent from the Resort. 13. If a Dhoni crew is noticed as working to disrupt the peace and harmony of the resort, the Dhoni owner should advice the person and take corrective measures. 14. Fighting, stealing, unauthorized possession of Resort property and other actions prohibited by law is not allowed. The rules and regulations made by the resort should be respected and followed. Those who violate the above rules shall be handed over the concerned government authorities.
