Known Issues specific to the 10.2.0.5 Database Patch Set


See Note:316900.1 for Support Status and Alerts affecting 10.2.0 releases. This note lists known install / alert issues specific to the 10.2.0.5 Database Patch Set. It should be read in conjunction with the platform specific Patch Set release note (sometimes referred to as the README). 10.2.0.5 README Additions


These are additions to the Patch Set README which are not documented in seperate notes. Links to the most recent versions of the "Patch Set Notes" (READMEs) for each platform are included in the Availability section below. Changes between Patch Sets Please be aware that any given Patch Set can have slightly different structure sizes compared to your current installation and can include optimizer changes. Hence is it advisable to review any parameter settings which are close to their limit and check execution plans and resource usage of any critical SQL. 10.2.0.5 includes: the July 2010 Critical Patch Update all fixes that are included in the 10.2.0.4.4 Patch Set Update (PSU) all fixes that are included in the 10.2.0.4.4 CRS Patch Set Update some , but not all, of the fixes in the 10.2.0.4.5 Patch Set Update (PSU) The PSU fixes not included in 10.2.0.5 are only message file changes.
