The applicant will have to submit a crossed Bank Draft for Rs.250, 000/- four year complete course for candidates from Balochistan and other then Balochistan Bank Draft Rs.350, 000/- along with this form. In case the candidate is not selected, the same Draft will be returned with in a week of issue of the notification of selection.

The selected candidates will have to pay annual fees etc., in addition to Rs.250, 000/- OR Rs.350, 000/-paid in the shape of Bank draft.

The applicant will have to execute an undertaking/Bond on non-judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 30/- duly attested by a first class Magistrates/Oath Commissioner (Specimen enclosed).

I under stand that the discipline once allotted is final and that I will nor be allowed any change of discipline at any stage. I understand and agree that the University authorities are not responsible for my transport to and from the University I will make my own lodging arrangement outside the University and will not ask for Hostel accommodation. FURTHER I UNDERSTAND FULLY THAT: a) b) c) d) My selection will be only tentative and provisional in the first instance and will be subject to verification and rectification in the light of facts discovered at any time later. If I fail to report for admission by the due date and /or do not pay all the dues required fees and deposit etc. on the specified date, my admission will be to be cancelled. If any mistake in my record is detected at any time, it will be certified and the decision of the Vice Chancellor will be final and binding on me. If it is found, subsequent to my admission that any of the statement(s) or information(s) stated in this application form is false or that the facts are concealed, the admission will be cancelled and all the fees paid by me shall stand forfeited. Besides that, the university authorities may take any further legal action as they may deem fit against me. Once my admission is finalized and confirmed by the University, the University will not refund the fee, 250,000/- OR Rs.350, 000/- and others once paid by me under any circumstance. My admission will be cancelled if I am found to occupy any hostel room/bad or any other place within University premises in any way or mode whatsoever. The University reserved the right to refuse/reject my admission without assigning any reason.
