Led global strategic sourcing and vendor management for NetApp Global Service Logistics and NetApp Professional Services. Responsible for a portfolio in excess of $300M including Third Party Logistics (3PL) and Third Party Test / Repair partners (3PR), transportation carriers, freight payment and freight audit services, and third party technical support partners. Led global RFP and negotiations for transportation carriers resulting in supplier consolidation and updated terms and conditions. Renegotiated FedEx, Expeditors, DHL, and UPS agreements with 12 % cost savings. Renegotiated freight payment service agreement to include EMEA and APAC and established performance measures to track and monitor performance with 15% cost savings.
