2) Please take print out of the application form and write the application number in the box provided. 3) Read the form filling instructions given in Section 6 of the prospectus carefully before filling in the application form. 4) Send the Demand Draft for Rs 500 (This is mandatory for all applicants) + Rs 1000 (Only if the course you are applying requires online test).
