PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
BAHRAIN MINISTRY OF WORKS SPECIAL PROJECTS OFFICE 2008-2011

Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities: National Assembly Building I was recruited by the Ministry of Works (via the Crown Agents) to project manage the prestigious National Assembly Building (Parliament Building on behalf of His Majesty the King)) from its inception, being a reclaimed island of approx 17 hectares (Marine Works, Reclamation and Seawalls) through to the piling and construction of the main buildings on the Island. The scope of my responsibilities included the review, comment and revision of all the main building drawings produced by the consultant. Government House Security Project Manager involved in the up- grading (additional Buildings) and renovation of the security systems at Government House (court of HRH the Prime Minister). Fishing Harbours Projects Involved in the design and discussions for the construction of two new Fishing Harbours ,which included dredging , marine works and pontoons. NB. During my period with the Ministry I have attended various courses on Project Management Systems and obtained Value Engineering Qualifications (Advanced)..

Senior Partner in Consulting Office Duties and Responsibilities: During this period the office were involved with numerous clients on various schemes, of which The National Lottery as Grants Consultants and Project Coordinators, Evaluation and Viability Reports (E.C.C Group Construction Division), Wain Homes, Cornwall County Council, Cliff Erosion and Stabilization, (this included a 25m Suspension Bridge to repair and reconnect the Coastal Footpath). All These schemes I was personally involved as Project Manager. During this period I spent time in Romania involved in the reconstruction of a three storey orphanage.
