Introduction
What is PRO/II?
PRO/II is a professional

PRO/II is a professional simulation tool that offers a comprehensive simulation solution for process design, revamp, and operational analysis. PRO/II has the power and flexibility to simulate a wide range of processes at steady state, from refining to chemicals.

Simulation Uses

Set up
To setup PRO/II program simulation, follow the instructions presents in install file in your source CD.

Graphical user interface (GUI)

To reach to the GUI,
1) Open PROII 8.2 icon by clicking start / All Programs / SIMSCI / Pro II 8.2 /PROII 8.2. The welcome window tells what operations are required by color designation: Red borders mean data and action required. Green border means user may override this field. Blues borders mean that the data you filled in the entry field. Yellow borders mean that you supplied data outside the normal range of values for a field.

2) Click OK on Welcome to PRO/II

3) Open new flow sheet. By clicking
