almost done with its work. Jaynes
recently completed structural steel
erection and a color coat of stucco
has been applied to the building.
The company notes the project’s inte-
gral colored concrete, while challeng-
ing, has been “extremely successful”
and concrete placement at the complex
south wall is now finished.
“While the obvious changes to
this construction project may not be
as apparent to the public as in recent
months, construction is still progress-
ing rapidly,” the company says. “On
any given day, there will be between
100 and 150 craftsmen working on
this project.”
Extensive Experience
As a full-service general contractor,
Jaynes says it has extensive experience
in commercial construction in the pri-
vate and public sectors. To meet cus-
tomers’ needs, Jaynes says it provides
a variety of services.
The company explains that during
post-construction, its services include
the provision of operations and main-
tenance manuals, as-built plans and
specifications, systems commissioning
and warranty services.

Additionally, Jaynes say its employees

with a variety of craft services.

pletion schedules assured by in-house
craftsmen capable of self-performing
survey engineering, excavation, con-

project delivery methods. Approx-
imately 60 percent of its work is nego-
tiated using construction manage-
ment-at-risk with the balance obtained
in the bid market. The company says
