Terms & Conditions Shipment will be picked up from your office or Doorstep. Billing will be done on a monthly basis. Payments should be made against invoice within 7 days. All overdue invoices are liable for 18% interest per annum. The higher of actual or volumetric weight (Length X Breadth X Height inch/305) will be charged where applicable. COLLECT CHARGES (CC) shipment will be accepted for USA / U.K only. But if the consignee refused to pay the courier charges & taxes, the shipper is liable to pay the courier charges & taxes in India. ICC WORLDWIDE will not take the responsibility of collecting the payment from the consignee if they refuse to pay the charges. ICC WORLDWIDE is not responsible for any delays caused by flight cancellations or Custom examinations, and is not liable for special incidental of consequential of losses from carriages thereof. All Insurance requirement to be completed by the shipper for shipment value protection against loss / damage of the shipment in transit. ICC WORLDWIDE maximum liability for any loss or damaged shipment will be US$ 10 per shipment. If the consignment is of remote location or residential addl Rs.125/- will be charged. There will be additional charges of Rs.48/- per Airway bill for US Custom Charges only for USA. 20% Fuel charges will be levied over & above the rate quoted. Service Tax @ 10.3% added as per trade notice no 2/96 Service tax of the central excise, w.e.f. 25th Feb 2009. All cheques or demand drafts should be drawn in favour of Courier Express and must be account payee only. ICC Worldwide will not send separate notification for increase in US custom charges / Fuel surcharge / Service Tax and will notify in the invoice only.
