Work Experience Prime Technologies, Mumbai Work Profile: Software Engineer Prime Technologies is under a process of designing software which checks the precision of machine parts like hobs and gears. I worked in the team which designed and implemented top level structure of the code and made a plug-in to check the precision of a machine part called hob. Academic Projects Academic Program Guide Guide: Prof Sudarshan (2011) Developed an online tool which guides students to choose their courses bases on their interests, requirements to complete their degree. It includes the following. o Search for courses based on tags given by students. o Profiles for students and professors. o Bookmarking of courses which student wishes to do later. o Notifications for course updates. o Implemented using java servlets and Postgresql and made proper use of triggers to keep the information in different tables consistent with the others. Virtual Memory and File System Simulator Guide: Prof. DM Dhamdhere (2011) Created a simulator for virtual memory and file system of an OS in C. Travelling Sales Man Problem solver Guide: Prof. Om Damani (2010) Points are taken as inputs through a graphical interface (via mouse clicks) . Hamiltonian paths that approximately solve the travelling salesman problem are shown . o Implemented 5 algorithms that give approximate solution to TSP in C++. May 2011- July 2011 (2 months)

o Represented the paths in a complete graphical interface using GLUI and GLUT. MinPaint Guide : Prof. Amitabha Sanyal (2010) Created a minimal paint software in Scheme (functional programming) o It works similar to MS PAINT with drawing tools like brush tool, paint bucket, color etc. o Made use of the graphics libraries of Dr-Scheme to achieve this. National Unique Individuality Project Guide : Prof. D B Phatak (2009) The project uses finger print detection which can be used for attendance . o Implemented with C++. o Completed the registration part of the project which takes the input from the users, validates the input and stores it.

Technical and Programming Skills Programming: Fluent with C, C++, Scheme, C#, Java, SQL. Web Development: Fluent with HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSP and familiar with Php. Software Tools: Scilab, GNUplot, Latex, unix shell scripting, gimp, perl, dia, oodraw etc.
