PreGel provides an optimal solution for the Indian market with its signature premix the Indian Yo. This product is extremely easy to work with and can easily be customized. The versatility of the Indian Yo allows our the users to create suitable variations whilst using the world class powdered base from PreGel.

Ingredients
Fat free milk Fat free yogurt PreGel Indian Yo Ground Sugar

Quantity
8 litres 2 litres 1000 grams 1900 grams

This should produce over 180 cups of 100 ml including over-run on a Taylor Soft Serve Machine

Optional
PreGel Traditional Paste or Fortefrutto

Method of Preparation
1. Place milk and yogurt in a large mixing container preferably twice as a large as the amount you are mixing 2. With an immersion mixer, blend the liquid ingredients while slowly adding the powder. 3. Add Traditional Paste or Fortefrutto to flavor (optional) 4. Transfer the liquid blend into the soft serve machine. 5. Follow the soft serve machine directions for final product production.
