Indus International Senior Consultant

. My last project was working with Frontier Refining for both the El Dorado and Cheyenne locations. I have been on this project since October of 2003. I was the project lead for the design and coding of multiple interfaces between their financial application and EMPAC. I have continued to work with both sites building new interfaces and reports. The project manager has turned over all communications and scheduling of work between the two sites to me due to clients continued request for my support. I am currently traveling to both sites on a monthly basis to support on-going work and an upgrade of the EMPAC application. . I was the project leader for a shipping manifest modification that Indus designed for British Gas. I had to work with the Indus office in Woking, England to coordinate the documentation and coding of this modification. I had to travel to the Woking office several times during this project to aid in documenting and final testing of the modification. . I served as the project leader for the implementation of EMPAC 8.5 at Cincinnati Water Works. I was responsible for maintaining the interface/integration portion of the overall project schedule, scheduling of technical resources, development and coordination of functional and technical specifications, and presenting these specifications to the client for approval. Once the specifications were approved, I was responsible for leading the development, testing, delivery, and support. Three of the interfaces were integrated the EMPAC application with the PeopleSoft Projects and Fixed Assets modules. This assignment required approximately 25% travel to the client location. . I have also worked on projects for other clients on an as needed basis providing senior level support for requirements definition, estimates of work and statements of work, functional and technical specification documents, and coding/testing/support. Clients included General Electric, TransOcean, Detroit Water and Sewerage and TVA. . I served as the project leader for the implementation of the EMPAC application integrated with ORACLE Financials at NEXTEL. This

implementation was for NEXTEL nation wide. This project included scheduling resources for customizations; controlling project costs; maintaining all documentation; coding, unit and integration testing; and delivery. I was also involved in the 'go-live' process for this client, providing on-site and remote support. This assignment required approximately 30% travel to the client location. . I spent the majority of my initial tenure at Indus on a critical turnaround project with First Energy. I was responsible for completing the development and delivery of an extremely complex integration between the EMPAC and Oracle Financials applications. This project included everything from complete restructuring of integration data flows, debugging application and integration problems, defining corrective actions, ensuring completion of corrective actions, delivery, and post implementation support. . I also worked with several other Indus clients to help define requirements for interfaces needed when EMPAC was deployed at additional sites. This included initial requirements analysis, design specification, through development, testing, and delivery. . Tools/Software: PL/SQL 2.3, SQLPlus 3.3, SQL Navigator 3, EMPAC Indus's Asset Care, Maintenance package, Oracle Financials 10.7 & 11i, PC Anywhere32, LOTUS Notes, PowerBuilder 5.04 & 6.5 & 7.0.2. . Throughout my tenure at Indus I, along with my team, have been recognized by both Indus executive management and customers for outstanding contribution to the success of projects. Southern Company Services, Information Resources Department Comprehensive Computer Consulting, Inc. - Atlanta, GA Consultant I served as a lead on a project to re-write the Account Validation system for all Southern Company subsidiaries. The project migrated the enterprise-wide system from a legacy application to a client-server based application that utilized MVS and UNIX ORACLE. My main responsibility was to write the actual account validation module to be called by all client server applications as well as mainframe batch programs. The program was written in PL/SQL and Micro Focus COBOL. I was responsible for delivering all aspects of this key module that was utilized by numerous unrelated application across the Southern Company. 1996 to 01/99

. As a consultant, I was responsible for the development of a billing reporting system that reported Information Resources monthly billing. The client server application was written in SQL Windows, SQR and PL/SQL as well as UNIX Micro Focus Cobol and UNIX scripts. I aided in writing the SQR reports that were executed from the on-line application and the batch interfaces which were written in PL/SQL and UNIX Micro Focus Cobol. I developed UNIX scripts to run the interfaces monthly and fully documented the operating procedures for the batch interfaces. I also

worked on several PL/SQL procedures used by the interfacing financial applications.

The Southern Company Senior Systems Analyst - Information Resources Department 1994 to 1996

As a Senior Systems Analyst, I was responsible for the batch interface used to send and receive material requests from a mainframe inventory application. This included testing the FTP process that these programs used to pass data between the mainframe system and the client server environment. I was involved in the original design and technical specification for this interface, working with both the client and the other application support groups to ensure the interface met both the functional and technical requirements. I was then responsible for writing and testing one of the four ProC programs in this interface. Once the system was ready for systems testing, I was responsible for working with the clients and the other application support group to fully test the interface and subsequently migrate into production. The interface went into production on time and under budget with full functionality. It was deemed a "stellar success" both by executive management and the end-user community. As a Senior Systems Analyst, I was involved in writing and implementing test plans for the materials portion of an application being developed for Georgia Power to replace the mainframe system. The application was written in SQLWindows and Visual C++. As a Senior Systems Analyst on the design team of a major client server application, I was involved in database and window design of a SQLWindows / Oracle application. The design phase involved writing detailed functional and technical specifications. As a team we were awarded Key Contributor awards for completing the design phase in a timely and cost effective manor. I was also involved in the first phase construction effort which included coding in SQLWindows using class library functions and Visual C++. As a Senior Systems Analyst, I was the project lead for the implementation of a SQLWindows/Oracle and ProC application that integrated a vendor package with several mainframe applications. . As a Senior Systems Analyst, I was the project lead for the implementation of a client server/Oracle vendor package at multiple operating locations. This included converting a mainframe CICS/IMS application database to the client server/Oracle database specified for the package. Concurrent with this effort, which routinely demanded work weeks of 50+ hours, I completed by MBA with a 4.0 (4.0) GPA. Systems Analyst - Information Resources Department/Computer Services Organization 1990 to 1994 As a Systems Analyst, I developed several reporting applications in SQLWindows Report Writer as a compliment to client server vendor
