The package to solve all your temperature calibration problems

CalpMan (cat. no. BB260129) software make possible to automate all those temperature tranducer and sensor control procedures which would normally require the permanent presence of the operator. It is directly applicable to Eurotron temperature calibrators MicroCal T100 and MicroCal T500. CalpMan operates in Microsoft Windows operative systems and use the typical windows graphical interface. This feature helps you to operate and you dont need to be an expert programmer. The temperature calibrator is connected to PC using the standard RS232 serial interface and the software offers you three different calibration procedures; your choice depends mainly by the operations you wish carry out. Probe calibration procedure The procedure allows you to calibrate all probes and thermometers at different programmed test points. The data acquisition can be achieved manually or in fully automatic mode. In manual mode, 10 probe test points can be entered and the results can be compared with a primary Standard data or with a certified

Pt100 resistance thermometer connected directly to MicroCal T. Using a special optional scanner, full automatic calibration procedure up to 8 termoelectric signals can be performed. Thermostat test procedure This procedure allows you to perform a completely automatic functional test for thermostat components. All you have to do is to connect the electrical thermostat contacts to the appropriate bushes on the calibrator and set the operative parameters (as declared switch temperature, differential, type of thermostat, test conditions, etc.) on the dedicated program window. When test starting has been confirmed, CalpMan will control the calibrator by the calculated parameters and will check the behaviour of the thermostat on the basis of the switch data recorded. Probe life test procedure This procedure make easyer performing stress cycles on one or more temperature probes. You have just to set starting and ending values of the cycle and the number of cycles for the test. The program will carry out the test of the probes in a full automatic way.

Other features Each testing data can be saved on your hard-disk so it is possible recall the component or the procedure data when repeating the test is necessary. When each test is ended, the software automatically display the result so the user can read data and save the report in compliance to ISO9000 specifications (refers to par 4.11: Controlof inspection, measuring and test equipment).The report can be also printed at the end of each test or lather when it is necessary to demonstrate the compliance with its declared specifications. It is also possible saving the report data both in CalpMan and in text format making possible using the data in standard word processors and spreadsheets.

Typical CalpMan operative windows

MICROCAL T SETTINGS A single data window is used to set all the MicroCal T configuration parameters. The data will be transferred and stored without pressing any key on the calibrator.

CALIBRATION DATA SETTING WINDOW All parameters required in calibration procedure can be entered: number of test points, gradient, etc. Probe and reference data can be selected from your records.

PROBE LIFE TEST AND THERMOSTAT VERIFYING All parameters for each procedure should be input in these windows. The testing component data can be loaded from your records. SAVE and OPEN buttons allows you to store and recall the procedure data when you need.

PRINT & SAVE RESULTS At the end of the testing procedure, a summary data window will be displayed. A single key pressing allows you to print or save the calibration results.
