Working to ensure that Minnesota continues to lead the nation as a great place for children and youth.

YOUTH POLICY ALLIANCE

The Youth Policy Alliance (YPA) is a coalition of youth serving organizations working together to ensure sound youth policy in Minnesota. YPA is focused on increasing opportunities and resources for youth in Minnesota through comprehensive youth policy. Every Minnesotan benefits when the next generation of young adults are better prepared to contribute to our economy and community. Young people who participate in quality youth development programs are more likely to be: active citizens, settled in stable personal relationships, employed and economically selfsufficient, and happy with their lives as young adults. With the right policies in place, communities can play a significant role in supporting a young person at this crucial time in their development.
