He was a full time apprentice while he worked on com pleting his vocational training at Cheney Technical School in Hartford Connectic ut. He obtained a Journeyman's License in 1978 and a Master Electrician's Licens e in 1980, with the State of Connecticut. Upon obtaining the first of these lice nses, he was promoted to Foreman and supervised large construction projects in the state of Connecticut. In 1980, Mr. Bigos was promoted to Estimator and Proj ect Manager for the Geremia Electric Company. In 1981, Mr. Bigos started Gerelc o Incorported with Mr. Ken Geremia and was promoted to Vice President. This posi tion involved all corporate responsibilities including accounting, sales, estima ting and project management. On May 1, 1994, Mr. Bigos bought Gerelco Inc. from his partner Mr. Ken Geremia a nd Mr. Geremia moved to Florida. During this time Mr. Bigos managed all daily ac tivities of the corporation including accounts receivable and payable's, all per

sonnel hiring and performance reviews, overseeing the estimating department and payroll department. On July 10, 2000 Mr. Bigos relocated to Northern Virginia, o btained a Virginia contractor's license and continued oversight of Gerelco's Vir ginia projects. On November 20, 2001, Mr. Bigos formed Electrical Control & Design, Inc. a Virgi nia corporation which focused solely on Airport Baggage Systems Electrical Insta llations. After completing Dulles International and Baltimore / Washington Inter national Airport Baggage Systems, the company opened a branch office in Keller, Texas, to help it's largest customers on a day to day basis.
