HVAC Technician (Multi - Shop) Service, repair, install and maintain heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems. This includes high efficiency chillers (Ca rrier, York, Tran, and Macque), pumps, and the associated drives. Respond to customer hot and cold call; including using lap top computer to chang e values and command points to control the space and building temperatures, humi dification, dehumidification including enthalpy optimization. Respond to tenant service requests for miscellaneous work including minor repair s and ceiling tile replacement, box and move services. Also provides additional support services as needed for other technicians and mechanics.
