Option 1 In case the Asterisk Server is connected to PSTN by PRIs or Analog Connections (please refer to model network diagram), PCI or PCI Express Telephony Cards of appropriate model and make will be required. Option 2 In case the Asterisk Server is not connected to PSTN at all, or the Asterisk Server is connected through a VOIP service provider only, it is highly recommended to use a USB hardware timing source device, which is available from Sangoma (please refer above)

For Item S.No 1 50% payment with Purchase order, balance on completion of implementation. Estimated implementation time 5 working days. The charges are a flat fee, irrespective of the number of users. However, in case multiple server/s architecture needs to be implemented, then additional charges for load balancing implementation will apply. Item 1 includes on-site training for IT personnel for 2 shifts and basic documentation.

Server Specifications Intel Core 2 Quad [or] Xeon CPU , 4 GB RAM, SATA HDD [ Other equivalent server configuration acceptable]. All server hardware must be compatible with Linux 2.6+ kernel. Additional 2 GB RAM required in case the call recording facility is used. This server configuration may be increased depending on additional ISDN PRI connections being added. Multi server architecture is recommended for more than 120 simultaneous call environments. Monthly Maintenance and support fee payable monthly per shift. One shift shall comprise of a spread over of upto 8 hours totally. This quotation is valid for a period of three weeks from date. Customized features and enhanced feature requests, which are generally feasible, can be provided for additional charges.
