Matching feature codes found is marked as the feature of that product Disabled market feature is included in the matching process svc Code 22203 is disabled in the Corporate Product Catalog.

svc code associated with feature is not migrated. Features associated with the unique Product is migrated. There is no mismatch is shown on comparing ICOMS to OPTIX, after ICOMS is corrected and svc code is removed.

Optix 3X Active Services Migration Script_Unmatched fallout report

Search for a product that maybe product . Looks at all Occurrence Codes from ICOMS and matches it against OPTIX Product Catalog for a unique OPTIX Product

Verify if OPTIX Product is Market Disabled in the Product catalog, it should be included in the matching process Verify if there is no match found between all Occurrence Codes from ICOMS and matches in project having products which are active or inactive product in a product

Market disabled feature is included in the matching process

Notification flagged will be raised as a fallout in the Report.

11(Step 7)

Optix 3X Active Services Step 1 Migration Script_11 Change all Account Status Descriptions with 1.3 value of Linked to Active at migration into 3.x Step 2

Select "Customer Accounts" as search type, "Company Name" as search field and enter "*" in the text field. Click on Go button Verify if the any Customer Account is not existed with the status "Linked" in the Search result Note: Arrange Customer Accounts in the order by clicking on the header 'Status' of the table 'Search Result' Below Accounts are existed with Linked status should changed to Active after migration: 5183,54590,37763 Enter "*" in the Project ID text field which is in the main navigate bar Click on Go button

"Search: Customer Account" page should be displayed

Customer Account should not be displayed with the status "Linked"

12(Step 8)

Optix 3X Active Services Step 1 Migration Script_The Phone Books Needed field should be set to 0 not Null on initial migration of data from 1.3 to 3.x

All projects are displayed in the Project search result

Click on the Project ID which is in the "Incomplete" status Select "Services" option from the "Select a View" drop down Add the telephone product

Project: Modify page should be displayed View Services page should be displayed

Telephone product is added Select "Telephony" option Telephony: Provisioning from "Select a Provisioning page should be displayed type" drop down Verify if the field "Phone Field "Phone Books Books Needed" is set to "0" Needed" is set to "0" by default Click on the Project button Project: Modify page should be displayed
