Flexible couplings with rubber-bushed studs

Purpose: General engineering flexible couplings with rubber-bushed studs for connection of coaxial shafts when torque is transmitted from 6,3 to 16000 Nm and reduction of dynamic loads with angular, radial and axial shaft offsets. Parameters and dimensions of couplings conform to GOST 21424.
Operation conditions: - long operation up to 24 hours per day or with regular shutoffs; - rotation speed does not exceed the value indicated in the technical features table; - rotation in both sides; - climatic modifications - U1, U2, U, UHL-4, 1, 2, and 4 according to GOST 15150. Reference designation: d - diameters of mounting bores of bushes t - nominal torque, Nm or bushing bores and flanged half-coupling bores

Climatic modification and placement category

Mod - bush modifications: 1 with plain bores for long shaft ends according to GOST 12080; 2 with plain bores for short shaft ends according to GOST 12080; 3 with tapered bores for long shaft ends according to GOST 12081; 4 with tapered bores for short shaft ends according to GOST 12081. Example of reference designation: Flexible coupling with rubber-bushed studs MUVP - 7- 500 40 1U3: Flexible coupling with rubber-bushed studs with nominal torque 500 N m, diameter of mounting bores in bushes 40 mm, modification 1, climatic modification U and placement category 3. Example of reference designation: Flexible coupling with rubber-bushed studs MUVP- 7- 500 - 40 - 1 - 45 -4 U3: Flexible coupling with rubber-bushed studs with nominal torque 500 N m, one bush with 40 mm diameter of mounting bore, modification 1, the other with 45 mm diameter, modification 4, climatic modification U and placement category 3. Attention, customers! On request the plant may produce special gear couplings with diameter different from the standard one. In this case please indicate required nominal torque Tt, overall and mounting dimensions.
