Dealing with Difficult People and Tricky Situations


The Programme includes:
Module One - Assess Your Challenge Self Analysis, examine your present situation with the difficult person. Is it recurring pattern or is this a new one off situation in your life?

Module Two - Discover Personalities Understand the 4 different personality styles and why some people drive you up the wall. Learn about yourself and understand the traits of the difficult person.

Module Three - Investigate Your Relationships Learn about three different roles and the four relationship scenarios and define what is your present relationship type and where you want to be in the future.

Module Four - Communicate Like A Star Learn about different communication modes, styles and how to create a new space for yourself with the use of assertive language.

Module Five - Unlock Your Self Esteem Key Learn the traits of low self esteem and assess your own self esteem. Learn the traits of high self esteem and what action you need to take to improve your esteem.

Module Six - Attitude and Feedback Tools Learn the techniques required to maintain a positive attitude as you design your action plan and implement the changes necessary for dealing with the difficult person. 1. To get the most out of your coaching I recommend that you keep a personal journal for your notes, ideas, goals, dreams, affirmations, visualization and pictures. (Eg. A4 clear file which allows you to make easy updates and deletions) PLEASE TRY TO GET THIS BEFORE OUR CONVERSATION. 2. Please take notes during your sessions. This helps you clarify the content, increases understanding improves memory recall and keeps track of your progress. It can also be an ongoing record for you to review and refresh from time to time. 3. Skype or Telephone Appointments are 30 minutes. Please be on time for your appointment, I take this as a mark of respect and a sign that you are keen to be there good for both of us. Please leave your mobile turned off. 4. If you need to reschedule an appointment please give me at least 24 hours notice. 5. I am available by emails outside of session times. This is a free service. As I am frequently away, you will receive a reply within 48 hours. 6. My commitment to you is that all conversations in our session times remain confidential.
