Dear Parents,
Get ready for our latest fundraising program Artwork for Education greeting cards! Your child will create artwork that can be published on the front of a beautiful greeting card. The back of the card will display your childs rst name, age and school. These bright, lively cards are blank on the inside and suitable for all-occasion use. They are lasting keepsakes that make wonderful gifts for friends and family. Your child will bring home a custom brochure in a few weeks that showcases the art from our school, and an Order Form so you can purchase card sets. Cards are packaged in a set of 12 fullcolor 4.5" 6" cards of a single design, with plain white envelopes. They arrive in a simple vinyl wallet with a bow around them, compact and portable, perfect for shipping as gifts to friends and relatives! Our school will make about 40% pro t from each card set sold! Cards will be sent home with your child approximately 3 weeks after our school submits all of the orders. Artwork for Education cards are sold in many retail stores across the country, in chains such as Whole Foods, Sun ower Farmers Markets, Wegmans, Hannaford, Winn Dixie, Raleys and Bel Air Markets. Some of our students artwork may be selected to represent our school on greeting cards sold in retail stores, in a program to provide ongoing bene ts to our school. To include your childs artwork in the program, we need your permission. Signing the Permission Form does not obligate you to buy any cards it just allows us to have your childs artwork reproduced in our schools brochure and posted online to bene t our school. There is also a box on the Permission Form that allows your child to participate, but does not allow your childs artwork to be considered for the retail program.

I understand that my childs artwork will appear on greeting cards, in our schools brochure and on the artwork website, and may be sold in other retail forms as well to support our school. I understand that proceeds from any sale of these cards will be paid directly to my childs school and that my childs participation in this program does not entitle him or her to any direct monetary compensation.
