Changes and Shifts in 2012
* Baby Mijangos: Were excited to announce that God has blessed us with a little miracle due in July! We plan to have the baby in the US. ~ Change * We expect for Leonel to get his US residency approved soon (hopefully allowing us to return to Guatemala for a couple months before having to come back to the US to have the baby) ~ Shift * We hope to move into our home in Guatemala that Leonel has been having built, which is progressing nicely as he manages planning from the US. ~ Change * Were excited about a new opportunity to serve

Introducing new opportunities! Serving with Servants 4 Him

After 5 years of serving with Mission Impact and almost 1 year of marriage my husband and I will begin serving the Lord together with Servants 4 Him ministry beginning in April 2012! Why the shift? Mission Impact has a lot of positive ministry opportunities but in its current design did not have an available opportunity for us to serve together as a married couple Servants 4 Him (S4H) has this opportunity open to us and has welcomed us. After over a year of praying weve accepted! Where? Servants 4 Him is located within 10 minutes of where our home is so this is not a big change for us as a family. What? Our vision and goal is the same, to Go and make disciples. The opportunities will include but not limited to team logistics, intern involvement, hands on projects such as water filters, translation, Leonel assisting in transportation needs and discipling men, women, boys and girls within neighboring villages. Do you still need support? Yes. We are extremely thankful for our supportive home church, Christ Community Church in Zion, IL who will commission us as full-time missionaries. As a couple and with our growing family we are required to raise additional monthly support. Were trusting that God will place it on 8 of your hearts to become new financial partners of ours at the amount that He places on your heart.

Getting Ready!
Being Stateside, we are especially situated to return to Guatemala prepared to serve with Servants 4 Him! Some of the many things we will be doing: A week long Freedom Training in Texas in April Raising additional support Inductive Bible Training Bible Story Telling Technique Training Setting Up our Contacts, Support and Communication Database and all the legal paperwork
