Today, under the continuing guidance of Dr Patel, the Ban Labs management is a professionally managed public limited company that has a unique combination of the spirit of entrepreneurship and the know-how of professionals. At the current top leadership positions at Ban Labs are CEO Shri Rajesh Patel and managing director Shri Maulesh Ukani Ban Labs both of who have led the company into newer grounds of development and growth. 1966 Bhartiya Aushadh Nirmanshala, (Rajkot Office, Bhaktinagar St. Plot) Dr. D. K. PATEL, a practicing doctor ESP in Ayurveda and dedicated to AYURVEDA, with a clear intention in mind to change the concept established rigidly among the common public about Ayurvedic treatment, laid down the foundation of the Company under the name & style of BHARATIYA AUSHADH NIRMANSHALA with a small set up and limited resources. However his goal was not small and AIM was also not limited. At that time, products were marked under the banner BAN i.e. abbreviation of BHARATIYA AUSHADH NIRMANSHALA.

1977 Ban Labs Pvt. Ltd. (Manufacturing Plant & Marketing Office Rajkot) Company BHARATIYA AUSHADH NIRMANSHALA built up its near manufacturing plant at RAJKOT equipped with the latest facilities available at that time. This enabled the Company to increase the production capacity with strict Quality Control Norms. Company introduces more new products to meet requirements of time.

1997 Ban Labs Pvt. Ltd. (Marketing Head Office, Rajkot) 1986, becomes a Year of Change for the Company. To give Corporate Image, Bharatiya Aushadh Nirmalshala, partnership firm by which all activities were carried out, converted in to PRIVATE LTD. under the name & style BAN LABS PVT. LTD., After 1997 becomes REVOLUTIONARY YEAR for the Company. During this period

Company received many awards and shifted into newly built up Corporate Office Building at RAJKOT. As a matter of policy due emphasis given to R & D and Quality Control and again Company come with new Herbal Cosmetic products based on the traditional value & the science of Ayurveda with the modern technique & scientific way. This aggressive approach and revolution were the out-come of steps taken by young and dynamic M. D. Shri Mauleshbhai D. Ukani who took the full fledge charge as Managing Director in late 1995.

1999 Ban Labs Pvt. Ltd. (Manufacturing Plant, Shapar) (In House R&D Center recognized by Govt. of India-Gold Medal in R&D by NFIRD) During this period one more feather added in Company's cap and that was best of its kind. Government of India, Ministry of Science & Technology certified the Inhouse R & D Centre of the Company and over & above, Company become recipient of Gold Medal in R & D awarded by NFIRD.

2004 Ban Labs Pvt. Ltd. (Ultra modern Manufacturing Plant, Dehradun) 2004 may be considered as a YEAR OF EXPANSION. As a part of adherence to its policy, Company started Gem of Art WHO-GMP, GLP ( Good Laboratory Practice, GPP

( Good Packaging Practices) ISO 9001-2000 certified manufacturing plant at Dehradun (Uttarakhand) with high-tech facilities for manufacturing of oil, syrup, drops, capsules, cream, toothpaste etc. Company also started to provide technical know-hour for the range of Ayurvedic / Herbal medicines, cosmetics, beauty care & hair care products.
