Supports risk assessments on production outlier lot disposition, customer returns and other engineering evaluations. Performs failure analysis on failed qualification materials as needed. Has supported successful qualifications related to assembly process changes, material changes and material supplier additions that continuously provide the company improved cost efficient processes and assurance of supply of material. Supports all learning cycles and qualifications of Wire bonded packages particularly on new bill of material selections for its silicon technology developments and also on cost reduction efforts of the wafer fabs and substrate resources. Co-led the stream lining of the reliability laboratorys operations in terms of simplified process flows, establishment of own reliability test travelers, scheduling of qualification materials to test. Led communication with reliability equipment suppliers on machine related concerns and needs by the lab. Conducted trainings to factory people on the basics of reliability processes and dispositions of materials with reliability concerns. Provides support to solderability, re-balling and board mount simulation requests of the plant and job requests related to customer returns. Acting as Reliability Supervisor for the sub con team handling the maintenance of all REL machines and equipment and handling all qualification lots that will undergo the different environmental test. Currently assigned as 5S and TS16949 Team Leader.

Customer Quality Engineer
