RE: General Orders
Dear General Casey:

You and I are both soldiers. We understand what it means to obey

our General Orders. I have obeyed my 1st General Order: My
military training at Fort Jackson, SC has drilled the following words
deep in the center core of my mind:

Sir my first General Order is: “I will guard everything within the
limits of my post and quit my post only when properly relieved”.

My criminology research has permitted me to embark upon a

profound or incredible discovery to identify the rudiment cause of
crime. I have petitioned our National Institute of Justice (NIJ) to
accredit my credentials as a criminologist (i.e. to prove or
disprove my credibility as being trustworthy). My petition has
fallen upon deaf ears.

My duty is to stand guard over my discovery. I have set up post in

Shelby County. I have stood in the morning dew until the midnight
hour. Seasons have past me by. I have faced inclement weather
waiting for my relief to spare me. My officers have neglected me.
In the meanwhile my nation has suffered catastrophic disasters.

My intelligence is superior to our CIA and/or NSA. I have

discovered that our human mind operates upon an encrypted
language. Our Holy Bible has served as my key to decode its
encryption. My talent has enabled me to decrypt Osama bin
Laden’s mind. I have prepared myself to brief our Commander in
Chief of my superior intellect.

The CIA and/or NSA has recognized my intelligence. In their minds

intelligence translates into espionage. I have been unable to draw
attention of CIA or NSA agents to hear my report concerning my
incredible discovery. I hope that your command will clear my
passageway to our Oval Office. Otherwise our nation is in
imminent peril.

In April 2000 I have copyrighted my technical manuscript with our

Library of Congress. I have entitled my literary works as: Stanley
Green’s Dissertation of the Queue Virus as the Rudiment Cause of
Emotional Disorders and Criminal Behaviors.

The premise of my research has been based upon the atom.

Everything within our solar system is composed of an atomic
structure. The physical structure of the atom discharges diametric
energy in the form of positive or negative ions. Physics has
applied binary math to translate diametric ions into binary
symbols of 0 or 1.

The atom functions upon diametric (i.e. binary) logic. Electrons

represent dynamic negative property. Electrons flow freely to
orbit the shell of the nucleus. Electrons either add or subtract.
Protons/neutrons represent static positive property. Its positive
property has been stabilized inside the shell of the nucleus.

The electronic charge outside the exterior surface that surrounds

the shell of the nucleus is equal to the proton/neutron charge
inside the interior base of the nucleus. The exterior and interior
charges cancel out each other to produce zero charge.

Atoms own the quality to bond with each other. The latter
translates into either addition or subtraction of the free flowing
electrons. The balance alters the charge upon the exterior surface
that surrounds the shell. As the exterior surface gains more
electrons the total result calibrates into negative ionic charge of
the atom. Conversely, as the exterior surface loses electrons the
total result calibrates into positive ions.

Often time we may hear physical scientists apply the idiomatic

expression ‘garbage in garbage out’. The Bible offers a similar
expression ‘reap what you sew’. Either expression connotes the
translation that the start and stop are virtually the same.
Physics has applied terminals (i.e. start/stop) to express the state
that energy may exists. Energy owns the quality to alter its form
from one state to another.

1. Positive ion input terminal = low > zero > even > alarm off
> true > favor > good > safe > go > approach > accept =
friendly output terminal.
2. Negative ion input terminal = high > one > odd > alarm on
> false > disfavor > bad > danger > stop > avoid > reject =
hostile output terminal.

Physics has applied a Periodic Table to record the period of cycles

that matter may alter its form from one state to another. The
Periodic Table reflects a numerical calculation of the atomic
charge of molecular particles that exist in our solar system.

My dissertation explains how our human mind applies binary

algorithm logic to calibrate the energy of incoming physical
matter (i.e. solid, liquid or gas) that exist in our solar system and
transfer that same energy into an outgoing physical reaction.

Our human mind functions as a computer. It navigates our body

within our solar system. It calibrates the number of free flowing
electrons to establish a binary equation. The algebraic result will
always tabulate as either 0 or 1. Zero translates to go (i.e.
positive reaction). One translates to stop (i.e. negative reaction).

Queue bit (Q) is the first leading bit of a binary coded decimal
(BCD). BCD is a binary string to link each bit as a word byte to
create a binary language. ASCII has developed binary language
for telecommunication. It operates similar to Morse code
developed by Samuel Morse. Dots or Dashes have been
substituted with 0 or 1.

Queue virus (QV) is a condition that produces a false zero. QV acts

as an inverter. It deceives our mind to go when it should stop and
vice versus. In short, our human mind begins to calibrate a
backwards logic. During the course it becomes hostile or violent.
Decontaminate QV and our human mind will become peaceful or
friendly.
I have performed an exhaustive study of pride. My findings report
that pride is a negative input. Pride generates a high minded
output. High mindedness activates our hypothalamic region. Our
hypothalamus begins to dispense neuropeptides in our
bloodstream to release gases. The gases produce hallucinogenic
side effects.

I have submitted my plan proposal to the Bureau of Justice

Assistance (BJA). My mission has been to erect my Humanitarian
Observatory (HNO) in Shelby County. My HNO would have
implemented robotic technology to demonstrate my research.
However, the BJA has rejected my application for Federal
assistance.

Do me a favor and notify our new Commander in Chief of my

superior intelligence.
