1. Initiated to be the leader of VietnamSkills while the CEO had intention to close
it. The key to success of VietnamSkills at that time was product & brand awareness. So, I started to do focus group, recruit new persons to support, decide strategy to go and after 8 months, we launched successfully the new product (new website) together with the support of big PR campaign. The new product (website) has helped us increase our clients & users database up to 40% & brings VetnamSkills image to the higher level. 2. After 6 months (Jul Dec 08) taking the leader position, I helped VietnamSkills achieve 105% target of second half 2008 & revenue increased 60% compared with the first half 2008 3. Coordinated with Cool Air to run the PR campaign Concentrate Brainpower and Learn to Succeed successfully in Jul 2008. This campaign generated 60 articles, news on most of leading magazines & newspapers nationwide (including pre & post) and short news on HTV & VTV 4. Ran Chrismas promotion in Dec, 08. It helped VietnamSkills achieve the high sales target of the whole year. 5. Ran PR campaign Dont Wait Until Tomorrow in May & Jun, 2009. This campaign helped VietnamSkills reached the high target in sales revenue and number of new members increased 300% in the launching month.
