Terms & Conditions


1. Payment must be made within 7 days of confirmation of booking dates. All reserved dates will be cancelled if payment by CHEQUE/CASH is not received within 7 days. 2. Payable Via Banking in to Public Bank A/C 3077 671 008 (Bentley Music Academy Sdn Bhd) 3. Please make cheque payable to BENTLEY MUSIC ACADEMY SDN BHD 4. Immediate CASH payment in FULL is required should the event fall on the same day as the reservation date. 5. A refundable cleaning fees deposit of RM200 (only applicable for Recital Hall (MPH(s)) may be required at the discretion of Bentley Music Academy (BMA). The Hirer agrees to leave the rented MPH (s) in the same condition in which the MPH(s) was rented. If MPH(s) is not left in an acceptable condition, the cleaning fees of RM200-00 will be forfeited to restore the MPH(s) to their original condition. 6. Rental of MPH(s) and practice room(s) are subject to availability and opening hours of BMA. 7. BMA accepts no responsibility for any cancellation by the Hirer and all payments received are non-refundable. 8. There will be no refunds for unused hours. 9. BMA reserves the right to cancel any event should there be inappropriate use of the room(s) by the Hirer. 10. The Hirer will be required to fill in a booking form and a final invoice will be issued for any outstanding payments including the additional use of equipments or facilities. 11. Rental of equipments is subject to availability and rental of piano is available only by prior arrangement. 12. The Hirer hereby agrees to leave within thirty (30) minutes of the end of the rental period, and to remove all equipment, materials, and instruments that belong to the Hirer within that same thirty minutes. Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge equivalent to the above stated rental rate. 13. Should the Hirer make arrangements with BMA for cartage of equipment before or after the period of their occupancy, or should BMA agree to allow the Hirer to store equipment between multiple bookings, it is understood that BMA assumes no responsibility for damage or loss of said equipment. 14. Hirers are not allowed to sub-lease their allotted time to another user. All such negotiations must be dealt with directly by BMA. 15. Banners and posters on the wall are strictly prohibited. 16. Any materials, goods, equipment, etc shall NOT be dragged across any part of the flooring. For heavy objects, trolleys with rubber castors are to be used. Professional personnel are required to transport or move any bulky items from ground level to BMA. 17. BMA will not be liable for any claims, damages and/or other liabilities resulting from failure to comply with the above. 18. The Hirer is LIABLE for any damage and/or loss to BMA by his team and/or himself during the event, or helpers who carry out work in the premises that are directly or indirectly related to the event, and is required to fully cover any sum needed to make good such damage and/or loss. 19. With the sole exception of drinking/bottled water, NO food or drinks are allowed in BMA unless prior written approval has been obtained from BMA where in any event, food or drinks shall only be served at the foyer area. 20. BMA will the rights to take photos of the event and use them for any purpose we deem appropriate to our Marketing and publicity. 21. Smoking is prohibited in Wisma Bentley Music.

I, the undersigned, will be responsible for all BMAs equipment used by me and my organisation, and will pay for any damage or loss that may occur during the renting period. All items belonging to me and my organisation (i.e. stage sets, banners, concert programmes, ticket stubs, etc) will be removed at the end of the rental period. The Deposit for CLEANING FEE of RM200 WILL BE FORFEITED FOR NON-COMPLIANCE.
