Additionally say an affirmation over and over again. Repeat it to yourself, until it repeats itself to you, until it is ingrained in your think. Affirmations are a form of prayer. This is the form of prayer which the Bible calls for when it says, Pray without ceasing. Ingrain the Affirmation in your mind, hid the Word of Affirmation in your heart, (mind) that you might live according to this Word.
