The L J Hooker design studio was established to provide our clients with effective and timely solutions to their creative requirements. The biggest complaint we hear in the marketplace is that the standard agencies do not understand the property market well enough to provide quality solutions, and that as a consequence the time it takes to work up designs is far too long and the process in general too costly. At L J Hooker Design Studio we have an intimate understanding of the industry and its needs, borne out of over 80 years experience in the business. RESEARCH
L J Hooker understands that it is critical to have factual data on which our clients can base their decisions and on which we can base our strategies and advice. We track market supply and demand, and look at rates of absorption and affordability issues in the market on an ongoing basis. We conduct detailed research on an ongoing basis in both Bangalore and Hyderabad with some 65,000 units of new stock mapped in Bangalore and some 58,000 units in Hyderabad. Individual research is conducted for clients as required with feasibility reports, pricing analysis and on going market data supplied as required. We supply data to various developer groups and make presentations on request to industry groups.
